Our team members, based around the world, come from a rich variety of backgrounds including management consultancy and key industries where they have experienced at first hand the complex leadership and management challenges involved in running a successful business. We are thus able to work in a highly consultative manner at the most senior levels of client organizations.
We are fortunate in having several search
and assessment specialists who have many years of experience in the dynamic

erging markets such as the Middle East, China, India, South East Asia and
Central and Eastern Europe. Our team have extensive experience of dealing
at the most senior levels within these regions in both the public and the
private sectors.
