EWK International takes data protection very seriously and has a company-wide commitment to protect the privacy of your personal data. All our offices comply with stringent standards of data protection and we request that our clients also respect the same safeguards when dealing with personal information.

We only register personal data for the express purposes of executive / director search and management assessment activities. Candidates’ data can be shared across EWK International offices globally and with our clients. We do, however, seek explicit consent from candidates before sharing data with clients.

Personal data sent to us by individuals will be stored on EWK International’s database and that data can be shared with other EWK International offices unless the individual objects. EWK International will not keep or process information of a sensitive nature unless legally required for the recruitment process.

We take appropriate security measures to ensure that data is protected against accidental loss, accidental or unlawful destruction, improper alteration or unauthorised access or disclosure. We will not sell or share information with third parties beyond our company and our clients unless required to do so by law.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to create an agreement or contract between EWK International and any person or entity using this website or providing personal information.
